A clear, front-facing photo with the whole face visible is ideal. Good lighting helps; professional photography absolutely does not.
02Do I see it before you print?+
Yes. You'll get a preview to approve before the mug goes into production, so there are no surprise eyebrows.
03How quickly does it ship?+
Once your design is approved, it ships the next business day from our South Florida shop. Standard U.S. shipping is free on every order. Delivery typically takes 5–6 business days; paid rush options are available at checkout.
04What size is the mug?+
It's a roomy 15 oz ceramic mug—enough coffee to process the face staring back at you.
05Can I send it straight to them?+
